There, can you put in the Microsoft link for the Thunderbolt Control Center and it'll give you a direct download link for the version 1.0.12.0 Appx file from the Microsoft servers (the newer versions didn't work for me and I'll explain why later). It's not even downloading for me, but you can get around that fact by using a site, AdGaurd Store. So I did some investigating as to why the Thunderbolt Control Center doesn't install from the Windows Store on my Area-51m.
